Molly-Mae Hague was feeling some intense pain before she ended up in the hospital. The former Love Island star shared details about the incident that happened after she returned from a vacation in Dubai with her boyfriend Tommy Fury. The couple had their two-year-old daughter Bambi with them on the trip. Molly-Mae found herself in the emergency room because she was worried about a possible blood clot due to not moving much during the long flight back home. She sought medical attention because her leg was swollen and painful, among other symptoms.
The influencer revealed in a recent vlog that it was her first time ever going to the emergency room, and she described the experience as “weird” and “the weirdest experience.” Molly-Mae explained that she had been on the plane for almost 8 hours without moving around much, which is not recommended on long flights. She also admitted to not drinking much water during the journey. She shared that she had been in “mum mode” with her daughter and hadn’t been taking care of herself properly. Molly-Mae mentioned that she had a lengthy hair appointment the day after she landed, during which she was seated for about seven hours without moving much.
The reality star recalled feeling excruciating pain in her leg after getting up from the chair at the salon, which persisted for hours and then spread to other parts of her leg. She called NHS 111 and was advised to go to the emergency room. After waiting for hours at the hospital, she decided to leave before getting all the tests done. Molly-Mae mentioned feeling like she was a low priority compared to other patients and left to get back home to her daughter. She later experienced a dizzy spell and returned to the hospital, where she was reassured that there was no sign of a blood clot. Despite the scare, she mentioned feeling better and fine after the ordeal.
